Mark has flown redtails, goshawks, kestrels, merlins, prairie falcons, gyrfalcons, peregrines, one perlin, and gyr-peregrine hybrids. Most of his falconry since 1975 has been with large falcons flying ducks and prairie grouse. He is a founding member of the Oklahoma Falconers Association and past President.
